I have spent my time as a teacher delivering visual art education in areas such as drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, and videography. As an educator I am skilled in integrating a multi-dimensional, interdisciplinary, and multicultural curriculum that links the arts, history, language, technology, and social movements together in a fun and interesting way.

Right after graduation I chose to go to University of Northern Iowa. My path to my degree, was not as straight as I would have liked, however I managed to be the first person in my family to attend and graduate from a university. I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design.

Additional Skills
Google Apps for Education
Well versed in the use of google apps, and having taken training on each of them. I have spent years coming up with new ways to use and integrate the apps into the classroom.
Adobe Suit
Using adobe illustrator and other apps I earned my degree in the University of Northern Iowas graphic arts program.
Photography Digital and Film
Learning photography from the ground up with first pin hole cameras and moving on from dark room, to digital photo editing, photography has been a passion of mine.
Drawing and Sketching
Proficiency in drawing techniques, including line work, shading, and perspective. I am constantly looking for new ways to improve this skill.
Painting
Mastery of various painting styles, such as watercolor, acrylics, and oils.
Sculpture
